Prices are based on the full capacity of the hard drive, not the file size or count.

Parts are not included in our prices (PCB, donor heads).   If you provide the damaged drive for recycle, we will put the recovered files on a drive of our choice at no charge.  In this instance, we will supply up to a 1TB drive.  Our choice of free return shipping via UPS or USPS is included (continental US only). You can provide a prepaid label for alternate shipping methods. We do not offer international shipping; you must provide an address in the USA.

Please note:  The State of Washington Department of Revenue is now requiring us to charge an 8.3% sales tax.

There is an additional $150.00 charge for head swaps or other clean room mechanical restoration.

RAID RECOVERY

Looking for affordable, flat rate, data recovery prices for your failed RAID? Our RAID recovery prices are simple. We charge $295 for each RAID member up to 1TB (add $75 for each additional 1TB per drive). Return media is included, but the size and type are our choice.

 

SSD Recovery

We charge a flat rate of $545 for solid state drives up to 1TB. SSD devices over 1TB are charged an additional $100 per 1TB of capacity.  There

are additional charges if the SSD requires micro soldering or parts.  These charges will be discussed when the drive is submitted.
